I have spent a lot of time writing posts and not really having a certain aim or goal and have lately been thinking about where i want my blog to go what i want my next step to be.
In my life right now i am trying to be so much more healthy in terms of eating and exercise, not that i was terrible before but i did notice i was not balanced enough.
I have realised with my heart issues (medical) i need to be carful with what i eat and what i do with my body, look after my temple that God has given me (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
So i have been thinking i would start posting about my health and fitness and really create a log of my journey, that i will be able to one day look back on and se my achievements.
